Q: What is the ice rink season?
A: The ice rink is open daily, Nov 8, 2023 – January 15, 2024.

Q: What are your operating hours?
A: Tuesday-Thursday: 2-9PM, Friday-Sunday: 10AM-10PM, Closed Mondays (except
holidays)

Holiday Hours:
Veteran’s Day: 10 AM – 10 PM
November 19 – 25: 10 AM – 10 PM
Thanksgiving Day: 10 AM – 4 PM
Christmas Eve: 10 AM – 9 PM
Christmas Day: 12 PM – 9 PM
December 26 – January 6: 10 AM – 10 PM
New Year’s Eve: 10 AM – 9 PM
Martin Luther King Jr. Day: 10 AM – 8 PM

Q: How much is it to skate?
A: Admission is $15, $8 for children 6 and under.
$5 off with Western Health Advantage card
$5 off with Dignity Health card
$2 off with same-day SacRT ticket or pass
Free for Sacramento Kings Kids Club Members
Free for Veterans and Active Duty with Military ID

Q: Are skates included in the admission price?
A: Yes. If you want to wear your own skates, admission is $13 (we will not sharpen personal skates).

Q: Is there a group discount?
A: Yes. Group packages for 10 or more skaters are available for 2-hour sessions.
Book online. $13/skater. You can even reserve a picnic table for an additional $50.

Q: Can I book a private party?
A: Yes. Call rink at 916-738-0703. Limited holiday availability.

Q: Are there Lockers?
A: Yes. $2 for your whole visit.

Q: Can you rent an Ice Scooter?

A: Yes. Ice Scooters are $5 for 30min.

Q: What’s your smallest skate size?
A: Youth 8.

Q: What’s your largest skate size?
A: Men’s 15.

Q: Can I have a half size?
A: We don’t carry half sizes. We always recommend sizing down.

Q: Can I go on the ice with my street shoes?
A: No

Q: Do you require helmets?
A: Helmets are not required but you can bring your own or rent them for $2!

Q: How old does my child need to be to skate?
A: While there is no minimum age, the smallest skate size we offer is Y8.
Recommended minimum age: 3 years old

Q: Can I buy socks and gloves?
A: Yes, $4 each. Water $2 each.

Q: Can I get a refund?
A: All sales are final.

Q: Do you validate parking?
A: No.

Q: Where’s the nearest parking?
A: DOCO East garage, across the street. Enter on 7th street from J street. You can also
visit SacPark.org to find and reserve parking ahead of time!
You can also ride SacRT light rail or buses and Amtrak to stops near the rink.

Q: Where can I eat nearby? 
A: Sauced BBQ & Spirts, Estelle’s, Koja, Tiger, Beach Hut Deli, Yard House, MidiCi,
Kodaiko, Punchbowl Social, Solomon’s Delicatessen, and Polanco, to name a few.

Q: Where can I grab a drink nearby?
