The idea that self love can get you thru even the hardest of times. I am inspired by people who tell me that my music helped them to change a negative situation. People can go from helpless to hopeful just knowing they can relate.

What is your musical inspiration?

We pull heavily from Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera, Michelle Branch.. ya’know, the Greats. Ask Kyle to sing you his rendition of Genie In A Bottle. You’ll weep because you know you’ll never be graced with anything else as beautiful in your entire life and in this moment you’ll embrace your own mortality. It’s.. uh.. pretty intense.

What was the first album you ever bought?

Now (This Is What I Call Music): 3. We saved our allowances and ordered it off the television because Al Gore had not yet invented the internet.

What is your favorite music venue in Downtown Sacramento?

Harlow’s is our jam. Best stage/sound in town. Shoutout to John the house sound engineer.

How did your band form?
Beginning with playing open Mic’s and jams in Sacramento and surrounding areas, it has happened slowly and organically. We really were nurtured at the Owl Club in Old Roseville, where the ownership created a pro-music environment. We owe a lot to it.
