Since 1939 Frank Fat’s has been a staple in the heart of #DowntownSac. In August of this year, the restaurant celebrated a milestone that not many get to experience. Frank Fat’s celebrated its 80th anniversary and is the city’s oldest restaurant! The historic eatery has been open for business so long because of one simple mantra:
“You give people good food, a nice place to eat it in and make them happy. Pretty simple, really.”
In honor of their anniversary this year, they are offering an $80 menu for two special through October 31st, 2019 to celebrate. You get 6 courses of some of their classic signature dishes that includes their Pot Stickers & Yu Kwok, Honey Walnut Prawns, Young Shew Fried Rice, Frank’s Style New York Steak, Chicken and Vegetables Over Longevity Noodles and to finish off your dinner you get to enjoy their famous Banana Cream Pie!
Even if you don’t make it out for the 80th anniversary special it’s ok because it is always a celebration at Frank Fat’s! You can try one of their legendary dishes any day of the week and can experience Martini hour Monday-Friday from 3pm-6pm. So what are you waiting for!?
