And that tradition of excellent, personalized service still carries on with new family host, Kevin Fat. Fine Chinese food is their specialty, and they’ve been serving fine Chinese cuisine since 1939. In 2013, this Sacramento staple was the recipient of the prestigious James Beard Award for “American Classics,” an award that only five American restaurants win annually.
