Reggae/Pop/Rock blend with a positive message that’s sure to make you move.

How did your band form?

In 2009 EOS started as an acoustic duo, and since then they have added life long friends along the way to become the 6 piece band known Element of Soul

Where do you plan on going after attending/performing a concert in Downtown Sacramento?

One of the after parties I’m sure

Do you have a record label? Are you a member of any music organizations?

BURRO is made up of members of Middle Class Rut, Lite Brite + Honyock. All members are independently wealthy, a record label would only complicate the delicate process that is writing a BURRO song

What is your musical inspiration?

Pearl Jam, Biffy Clyro, 30 Seconds to Mars, Foo Fighters, Muse – along with many others.

What’s the origin of your bands name?

Rock music used to popular on the airwaves and has lately been replaced by more electronic sounding pop or techo / dance music. Once An Empire came about as sort of a hope that rock music will one day be popular again.

Where do you plan on going after attending/performing a concert in Downtown Sacramento?

It’s different every Friday! There’s so many great places to go and the after parties for CIP are always a great time.

Heavy folk-rock soaked in pop sensibilities

What’s the origin of your band’s name? 

Our drummer’s amplifier…really!

What food can you not live without on tour? 

Bacon burgers, co-co nut water

TL Miller/IMF Dred

What is your musical inspiration?

TL Miller: As a host and performance artist I draw from many sources. From Pentecostal preachers like Jimmy Swaggart to shock rockers like Manson, I take notes. To coach and coax a crowd is an art, I look to the best.

IMF Dred: A major influence in my DJ career has been Diesle Boy, Downlink, and Raiden.

What was the first album you ever bought?

TL Miller:  I can’t pin it to one but Kris Kros, MC Hammer, DC Talk were of the first.
