Meet the Makers at #CIPSAC

From customizing your own succulent pots to sampling wine and brew from the masters themselves, join us this Friday at Concerts in the Park for Meet the Makers Night and get acquainted with some of Sacramento’s makers, movers, and shakers. In between or during concert sets, be sure to take advantage of FREE crafts and games and immerse yourself in the full CIP festival experience! Gather your friends and come prepared to get creative all while rocking out to a killer lineup. Maker: Tufa Rock

Customize your own terra cotta pot with an assortment of colorful permanent markers! After decorating, you can choose from a variety of beautiful succulents to create an amazing living arrangement. All plants, pots, art supplies and cast stone ornaments will be provided. Kids are welcome too, so bring the whole family!

Maker: Markstein

Markstein will have a brew master onsite to educate on the beer making process as well as be available to answer questions. Learn the ins and outs of your favorite beer at this booth!

Maker: Odd Petals

Concertgoers will be able to learn an original DIY printing technique using plants to create screens. The booth will highlight the various ways that we can appreciate and creatively utilize the plants and trees we’re lucky enough to have in such abundance around us. Let the experts show you how easy it is to have make your own printing setup!

Maker: Bogle Winery

Meet long time Bogle winemakers Eric Aafedt and Dana Stemmler as they serve samples and share stories of their limited release Phantom blend and, tasting room only, Reserve Chardonnay. The famous Bogle corn hole set returns to CIP with chances to win some Bogle shirts, hats, and maybe even a large bottle of wine.

Maker: Verge Center for the Arts

Verge will be onsite teaching how you can make your own paint as well as doing screen printing demos. Stop by and get artsy!
