Calling all winos, cork dorks, connoisseurs, and anyone who’s a fan of a killer drink! The city’s trendiest wine bar, WHIRED Wine, situated across from Macy’s and Golden 1 Center, is an absolute must-try. Perhaps you don’t fancy wine? Not to fret – they offer a variety of sake, sangria, beer on tap, and a mouth-watering selection of mimosas. We got the chance to sample the mimosa additions, and we are already aching to venture back to satiate our newest craving. Picture flutes of guava, mango, cucumber lime, and pomegranate infused champagne – yes, that good!
Not only are the drinks worth raving about, but the modern-industrial interior and intimate lounge seating lends itself to a relaxing atmosphere you won’t want to depart from. Coupled with the great ambiance, WHIRED also serves-up tasty bites to enjoy while sipping. With something for everyone and exciting events being added frequently such as live music, paint nights and belly dancing, there’s no reason not to head to WHIRED in downtown Sacramento to wine down. They even have ALL DAY happy hour on Mondays paired with karaoke.
