Experience Sol Blume Music Festival

Danielle Koire

While you’re patiently waiting for Concerts in the Park to return to Cesar Chavez Plaza starting May 4, you can get your music fix at Sol Blume this Saturday, April 28! Do not miss out on tickets – they might sell out!

Touted as more than merely a music festival, Sol Blume will offer food from local vendors, retail opportunities and art activations, in addition to the musical performers.

You’ll be able to channel your inner hippie in front of a giant flower wall, rest your feet in a Chill Lounge by All Good, wander around a vendor village with interactive booths, and discover a super secret photo opportunity that will blow your mind (and impress your Instagram followers)! We can’t give away ALL the details…

This is an all-day event (12-10 PM) – come prepared for a long day filled with good vibes! All ages welcome, so bring the kids along for some outdoor fun! Don’t worry, there will be beer for attendees who are 21+!

You probably know Sol Blume headliner Jhené Aiko from appearing on tracks like Big Sean’s “Beware”, Omarion’s “Post To Be”, and from her own songs, including “The Worst” and “While We’re Young”.

Other performers in the lineup include:

The Internet: Formed in 2011 by Odd Future members, The Internet has performed at festivals like Bonnaroo and received a Grammy nomination for their 2015 album Ego Death.

GoldLink: Chosen as part of the XXL Freshman Class in 2015, GoldLink has since had his debut studio album’s lead single, “Crew”, peak at 45 on the Billboard Hot 100 list AND earned himself a Grammy nomination.

Sabrina Claudio: Her achievements include an Apple Music promotion as their Up Next artist, landing on the Billboard Emerging Artists and Top R&B albums charts, and recently releasing the single “Don’t Let Me Down” featuring Khalid.

Full lineup and ticket information can be found here.

Have we convinced you yet?! Snag tickets, enjoy Sol Bume, and then make sure to head back to Cesar Chavez Plaza on May 4 for some more music with the first show of Concerts in the Park!
