Although Echo & Rig offers breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner menus, we decided to give the dinner menu a try during our visit. When first walking in, we were kindly greeted not only by a friendly smile but also the tempting scent of fine cuisine. It was a pleasant surprise to have our server welcome us by personally lighting us a candle before enjoying our meal. While the food and drinks were very delicious, we couldn’t help but notice the restaurant’s stunning interior. With wood and steel detailing, soft, romantic lighting, and an elegant patio, dining at Echo & Rig made us feel nothing less than classy.
