Dine Downtown has begun and we’re buckled up and ready for our culinary cruise through some of Sacramento’s best eateries. One of the amazing restaurants participating this year is Biba!
Typically worshipped for their renowned lasagna, they’re offering a whole new reason to bow down and chow down with their 3-course meal specifically created for Dine Downtown. They know just how to create a dynamic meal that will have every craving satisfied, too.
From celery root puree soup with black truffle accompanied by a mixed green salad topped with mandarins and goat cheese, to Penne pasta with winter squash and chicken with roasted brussel sprouts – they’ve got it all.
